The United Kingdom.

The UK is a state. It
consists of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. London is the capital of the United Kingdom.
Great Britain is a big island. England, Scotland and Wales are in Great Britain.
Ireland is an island and it is also a country.
Edinburgh is the capital of Scotland. Cardiff is the capital of Wales, and Belfast is the capital of Northern Ireland. Dublin is the capital of the Republic of Ireland.
The rose is the symbol of England, the daffodil is the symbol of Wales, the thistle is the symbol of Scotland, and the shamrock is the symbol of Ireland.
